A community where every child has equal access to tools that help them thrive.

Meet Alison

I’m Alison, a mom of two and founder of Pathway Towards Progress Foundation. My oldest is autistic, and through our journey, I saw how powerful the right tools and support can be. Now, I’m dedicated to helping other families find hope, connection, and progress—one step at a time.

I believe that no family should have to choose between basic living essentials and providing the therapies that they want their children to be a part of. With Pathway Towards Progress we are changing that. Because every step matters.

Meet Kasey

Hello! My name is Kasey Prince, and I joined this mission because it’s truly close to my heart in more ways than one. I’m the proud mom of a beautiful 6-year-old who was diagnosed with ASD. While I wasn’t necessarily afraid, I often felt unequipped—I didn’t yet have the knowledge or guidance to give her everything she needed. That became my motivation to learn: I reached out, read, researched, and took classes to understand ASD and the new world I had stepped into.

Even with all that, I didn’t have anyone to walk alongside me or show me the step-by-step process, especially since every child on the spectrum is so unique. Finding the right path was a struggle. That’s why I’m passionate about creating support for other families so they don’t have to walk this journey alone.

I am also a licensed social worker and a school-based therapist in a local middle school. My heart has always been to advocate, support, and serve others. Pathway Towards Progress is one way I hope to ensure families feel seen, supported, and empowered—because everyone deserves someone in their corner.
